We are happy to announce that the 2023 ZWNF/NAG Conference on Zoo and Wildlife Nutrition is going to be held in Nashville, TN between 17-20 September 2023 in conjunction AAZV.

 

 

Meeting registration will open on 1 July 2023. Registration will be run through the website. Prices will be:

  • Members early registration (before 17 August 2023): $525
  • Members late registration (after 17 August 2023): $625
  • Non-members: $625
  • Students: $200

 

Please note: Processing of new membership applications to join the NAG will stop when registration opens and resume immediately after the Conference.

The Conference hotel is the Sheraton Music City (777 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214). THERE WILL BE A URL LINK AVAILABLE TO USE TO BOOK ROOMS THAT GOES LIVE ON 1 JULY 2023.

We are in the process of developing the scientific program for the meeting. If you are interested in helping out with that, or any other aspect of conference planning, do not hesitate to reach out.

The tentative general schedule for the meeting will be:

  • Sunday, Sept 17: Workshop and Icebreaker
  • Monday, Sept 18: Joint opening, sessions, and SCARF Fundraiser
  • Tuesday, Sept 19: Sessions in AM with Zoo Day in PM
  • Wednesday, Sept 20: Sessions and Closing Banquet
