SCARF FUNdraiser at the 2023 Conference – Save the Date (Sept 18 at 7pm)

We are excited to announce that the 2023 Sue Crissey Animal Nutrition Resident Fund (SCARF) fundraiser will return as a live event this year at the conference in Nashville!

The SCARF fundraiser will be Monday, September 18, 2023, from 7-9 pm in the conference hotel, and will feature fun activities (with prizes you’ll actually want!), a live auction, and cash bar (first drink is included with admission ticket). In addition to raising funds for the next SCARF resident to continue advancing our field, this event is a great way to get to know new colleagues and catch up with those you already know.

We are now soliciting donations for the live auction – start thinking about any cool items you or your zoo can donate (we hear footprint art is popular this year!). For those unable to bring auction donations with them, you can mail them to us ahead of time (details to come).
